We first met Amy & Conor at one of our previous couples weddings - Jessica & Andrew. Amy had been one of Jessica’s bridesmaids, and was there that morning for Jessica’s piece to camera about herself and Andrew’s relationship and she loved it. In the opening of Amy & Conor’s wedding film, one thing struck me - how natural and loving the pair were talking about each other. The guys got ready close to Cork City - Amy in parents home and Conor in their apartment just up the road. A morning of relaxation and close family (not forgetting a fun dress reveal to Amy’s dad!) was followed by a beautiful wedding ceremony in St Patrick’s Church and then onto the ever luxurious Castlemartyr Resort for drinks, dinner & dancing. Throw in a surprise singing chef and genuine Cork craic, this was a day that just kept going! The guys story about how they met and how they fell in love is just perfect. And if any bachelors are watching, it seems the 3 day rule is key! Keep an eye out for the stunning flower and decoration details around the church and in Castlemartyr created by Fox Flowers. And a big shout out to the lovely Marta from Make up by Martha who we had the pleasure of working alongside again. To Amy & Conor, thank you so much for having Hitched Films be a part of your special day. You guys rocked it, even before you ‘hooked’ us with your awesome first dance ;) We wish you guys all the love in the world, and many years of joy, happiness and ice cream together!
