Ruth and Shane are both such lovely people. Ruth with her bubbly personality and Shane with his quirky, cool sense of humour, we knew this wedding day was going to be a lot of fun from the get go. The pair were relaxed throughout the entire day (well apart from the dancing, which was a high-octane affair as you’ll see). The pair had got engaged while on a trip with friends to Salthill in Galway. Pulling a classic, I’m really taking a video… not a photo stunt, Ruth’s sister Amy (obviously in the know!) helped tee up the very important, bended knee moment for Shane. So when we found out there was this video of the engagement, we had to try and add it into their wedding video, and what a way to start such a beautiful day in Ruth’s local Swords and the wonderful Ballymagarvey Village for the reception, which looked amazing as always. As a wedding videographer, we’re always on a lookout for personal touches and one thing to watch out for in this wedding video is the table names, which were a geekalicious mix-and-match of the Avengers and Game of Thrones. Ruth & Shane, thank you so much for having us along to capture you’re gorgeous wedding day. We wish you many years of happiness and adventure together!
