Audrey & Alex knew that a small, intimate, destination wedding, with their closest and dearest friends and family would be their perfect wedding day. The pair live in North Carolina and when we got to speak to them on video chat, and understand their reasons for travelling to Ireland to get married, we just knew this day would be something truly special. The couple had met at church, and it seems it was pretty much love at first sight, or at least for Alex who unknowingly first stored Audrey’s number with his surname into his phone! He must have had a feeling somewhere in his heart, that someday, he would ask Audrey to marry him. We loved this day at Cliff at Lyons so much, from the couple’s first look, to Audrey’s Dad’s beautiful ceremony to the wedding party’s fabulous meal and toasts in The Orangery at the Cliff at Lyons​. Audrey and Alex also showed their adventurous side, taking us up on offer to get some stunning shots along the Howth Cliffs, although from the weather you would be forgiven for thinking it was somewhere more Mediterranean. Guys, thank you for having Hitched Films there to capture your gorgeous wedding and lastly, not forgetting, the fish, chips & chats in Howth! When we get to North Carolina, lunch is on us.
