Vintage met good oul’ fashioned fun at Bricola’s (Brian & Nicola) early Summer wedding day at Lough Rynn, with the showers of rain ensuring the guests got to experience the full cosiness and character of the grand, 19th-century castle, while being entertained by the cool 3-piece Treblemakers.
Getting ready at the opposite end of the castle from her soon to be husband, Nicola chatted about the times they had spend travelling the world. Brian took some quite time to put the final touches to his speech, remembering his first failed attempt at proposal on a wet & windy Snowdon mountain, and finally finding the perfect location in Sardinia.
An old school VW camper shuttled the bridal party to the church with Nicola and her dad not far behind. Personal touches of Nicola and Brian’s style were on show through the church and was carried on through to the reception – but not the surprise guest that arrived from the rafters ;)
We both had great craic at Lough Rynn, and Nicola and Brian were so relaxed all day, enjoying every moment that came. Special thanks to the awesome David Olsthoorn from Awake & Dreaming Photography for some great chats and laughs. – Eoin & Sue x
